4. Order Processing

4.1 Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are processed next business day
  • Orders placed on Sunday/holidays are processed next business day
  • All products are quality-checked before dispatch

4.2 Order Tracking

  • Tracking ID provided via email and SMS once order is dispatched
  • Real-time tracking available on our website and partner websites
  • SMS updates at key delivery milestones
  • Call/WhatsApp support for tracking assistance

4.3 Packaging

  • Premium food-grade packaging to maintain freshness
  • Vacuum-sealed pouches for extended shelf life
  • Eco-friendly packaging materials used where possible
  • Special gift packaging available on request

5. Delivery Terms & Conditions

5.1 Delivery Attempts

  • Our shipping partners will make 3 attempts to deliver your order
  • If delivery fails after 3 attempts, order returns to our warehouse
  • Re-delivery charges apply for returned packages
  • Customer must be available at provided contact number

5.2 Address Requirements

  • Complete address with landmarks must be provided
  • Valid pin code is mandatory
  • Correct phone number for delivery coordination
  • We don't deliver to P.O. Box addresses (except India Post)

5.3 Signature on Delivery

  • Signature or OTP may be required at delivery
  • ID proof may be requested for high-value orders
  • Package should be checked for damage before accepting

6. Shipping Restrictions

6.1 Serviceable Areas

  • We currently ship only within India
  • International shipping not available at this time
  • Some pin codes may not be serviceable
  • Check pin code serviceability at checkout

6.2 Restricted Items

  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions
  • Bulk orders may require special shipping arrangements
  • Temperature-sensitive items shipped with special care

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

7.1 Damaged Products

  • Check package for damage before accepting delivery
  • Report damage within 24 hours with photos
  • Replacement will be sent at no extra cost
  • Keep original packaging for inspection if required

7.2 Lost Shipments

  • We investigate all lost shipment claims with shipping partner
  • Investigation typically takes 7-10 business days
  • Replacement or refund provided after investigation
  • Customer cooperation required for filing claims

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available for orders up to ₹10,000
  • Additional ₹50 COD charge applies
  • Not available for all pin codes
  • Valid ID proof required at delivery
  • Exact change appreciated for smooth delivery

9. Liability and Insurance

  • Liability transfers to shipping partner once dispatched
  • We coordinate with partners for resolution of issues
  • Maximum liability limited to order value
